Terms and Conditions

Please read carefully. The following terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the agreement between the purchaser ("Buyer") and Premier Motorworkz Inc. ("PMW"). If you do not agree with these Terms, do not sign any documentation, digital or physical as by signing documentation, you are entering into a legal contract, binding and enforceable against you.
PMW expressly reserves the right to modify the Terms at any time at its sole discretion, and without prior notice to you. You should periodically visit this page to review the then current Terms to which you are bound.
Agreement:
Buyer is entering into an Agreement with PMW to have PMW (1) Purchase a donor automobile (if applicable), (2) source necessary body components from from Vaydor Bodykits LLC, (3) source power-plant and power-train components from applicable engine and transmission manufacturers, (4) source any other components as specified by you, and (5) assemble such components to match the agreed upon build form for the Buyer.
Payment:
A 50% deposit is due from Buyer prior to work beginning on the build. The remaining amount will be split into 2 progress payments of 25% each. The first 25% progress payment will be do when approx 1/3 of the build is complete. The final 25% is due before vehicle is released to the Buyer. You acknowledge and agree a failure to timely pay and progress payment may result in a work stoppage upon your build and resulting delays in completion. PMW reserves the right to cancel any build in the event any progress payment is more than 15 days past due, in which event your contract will be cancelled and all funds paid to PMW will be non-refundable. Buyer can choose to pay in full at any time during the build process without penalty.
Refunds:
As all builds are custom, unique and to those specifications as may be chosen by each Buyer, all orders, agreements, contracts and sales are final. Build orders, agreements and contracts may not be cancelled, and no refunds or credits will be given for any reason whatsoever.
Delivery/ Shipping:
Buyer is responsible for all freight and shipping charges during the build, including without limitation those necessary for the donor vehicle and all specified components to arrive at PMW's facility. In the event you will not be taking delivery of your vehicle at PMW's facility in Louisville, Kentucky, PMW can arrange for shipping services within the United States. Shipping rates within the US will vary depending upon distance from PMW's facility and other factors. PMW will assist to coordinate shipping for Buyers located outside the US.
Titling/ Registration and applicable state laws:
PMW customizes vehicles to each Buyer's specifications. We do not, and can not ensure whether the vehicle customized to your specifications will comply with any or all individual local or state laws and regulations, or the applicable laws of any other country or jurisdiction, pertaining to the registration, licensing or use upon any public roads or highways. You are solely responsible for ascertaining the requirements of and compliance with all laws and regulations that may apply to you before entering into any contract or agreement to build or purchase any vehicle or product from PMW.
Restricted Use and Copyrights:
The Vaydor design and likeness are trademarks and are protected by U.S. and International trademark laws. They may not be reproduced or copied in any way without PMW's prior written permission. Any unauthorized use of the Vaydor design or likeness may violate copyright, trademark and privacy laws, and other applicable statutes. Use of the Vaydor logo or mark is strictly prohibited unless consented to in writing by PMW.
